Spartina Biotechnologies is a preclinical-stage research company pioneering the use of exosomes to deliver bio-active molecules to specific cells. Exosomes are tiny capsules that all cells produce and send to other cells. They intend to use this natural communication system to send RNA that will silence genes in viruses, effectively shutting down an infection, starting with the virus that causes COVID-19.
To find out more about this exciting new company please join us on Wednesday, October 22nd from 5:30 - 7:30 for individual tours of their lab at the Santa Fe Business Incubator.
